Was kind of an odd vibe overall, possibly due to few guests. There were hardly any people staying here. Note that not all staff, even at reception, speak English so it is best if you have some Spanish skills. Quick and reasonably priced laundry service. Lockers for each dorm bed included a lock, but not all locks worked. You have to buzz in to get into the building and doors, even for dorms, were locked with a key provided to guests. Staff was friendly and for the most part tried to help out when asked. It appears you can pay to have a more extensive breakfast (due to cards with price lists and breakfast items). When I arrived at the kitchen, no one said anything or explained how it worked, and I was in a rush to leave so didn't attempt to take advantage of the breakfast options. Breakfast appeared to be cereal and a small fruit plate, but I am not sure. Bathroom ceiling was incomplete, but didn't appear to be under construction you could basically look up to the attic. Even so, there seemed to be a question about whether I paid the right amount. Thankfully I had asked for and kept my receipt. When I checked out, there was some question over whether or not I paid.
